Welcome! I am an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Health Educator at Massage Zone in Bellevue, Nebraska. My focus is on relieving pain and restoring the body to balance and optimum health using the most effective methods that I have found in my practice.
I use a variety of pain-management techniques ranging from Neuromuscular Therapy and Deep Tissue to Acupressure and Reiki. Each session is customized based on your goals, whether it be reducing neck pain caused by whiplash, restoring range of motion in a "frozen shoulder" or decreasing arm and hand pain related to carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome.
I also offer Reiki sessions and classes for those looking for a mind-body-spirit approach to healing and balance. In a study conducted by myself and Anna Dorian at the Vibrant Reiki Clinic in San Francisco, California we found from a sample of 108 clients that 96% reported a decrease in stress, 93% reported a decrease in pain and 86% reported increased happiness following one Reiki session. Reiki is a non-invasive technique and a deeply relaxing form of hands on healing.
